Welcome to Explorer Post 438's website

Explorer Post 438 is a co-ed unit of the Learning for Life division of Boy Scouts of America, chartered by St Rita's 
Roman Catholic Church in Dundalk, MD. As a Living History unit, we reenact American History during the early 19th 
century, notably the Chesapeake Bay area in the War of 1812 against Great Britain.

Meetings are held every Thursday night at 7:00 P.M. at Saint Rita's Catholic Church in Dundalk. The 1st Thursday night of every month is drill and uniform inspection. The other Thursdays are to work on uniforms and equipment and history lessons for upcoming battle reenactments.
The last Thursday is the committee meeting and is open to new and old members alike.
